Hi, Kyle Buckner here... Founder of Design Skinz
    I started Design Skinz as an outlet to express my creative drive while merging with a product you could use. It hasn't been an easy process from day one, but I live and breath this stuff, DAY TO DAY and focus on how to serve you the best way possible.
   The reason for this post is a little different than normal. I'm not writing to introduce a new design, or a new product i'm glad to offer... I'm wanting to get my message across regarding orders that have been placed and the process. Up until this month, I have been a one-man operation. When an order is placed, i have to first, create you skin in a print, High-Resolution format which isn't that easy. After this, your Design Skinz product goes through my first machine that prints the graphic on a premium vinyl that has a life-time of 3-5 years. Once the graphic is done printing, it goes through a drying phase for 4-6 hours and then it's run through a lamination machine that applies a crystal-clear film that protects your graphic from normal abuse. Now, it's off to the machine that applies the cutline for each skin. This is done with a fine, cutting blade and a computer-controlled system. 
 
   Now, we have the product. But what's next? Each skin has to then be cut-out to fit in our clear-protective packaging, which is all done by hand. These are placed into our packaging and then assorted with the corresponding customer. I've had no problem fulfilling orders until this month, when my volume has been more than the past year already. It was a dream come true, but i found out quickly how hard it was to ship in a timely manner. When you order something online, you expect it to ship immediately, right? I mean, I feel the same. But with custom making each product, I'm having a hard time doing so. If you're waiting on an order, please know that i understand your frustration and i'm working day and night to get these out as quick as possible. I do apologize if I've missed your emails, texts from the text-support or calls. I'm focused solely on trying to get this product to you as soon as possible, so I have missed a few of your responses. 
     With this rush, I have had a few friends & family members that were here with the drop of a hat to help. I'm very thankful for them, and we are now trying to serve you even better. If we missed your messages, please bare with us. I can assure you that you have not been ignored, we are just working hard to fulfill your order.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include your tracking number.

I ordered my daughter beets skins and a life proof case skin to match with her Name on them. Anna Grace the phone case arrived fine but the beets skin has my name on them and the print is different. On Christmas Eve this item finally arrived with the incorrect name. Disappointed but Kyle Buckner emailed immediately to tell me that he would replace them both. Since then he has not returned my emails I have no skins that are usable and my credit card has been charged. Please call me at479-213-0852. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.
