Okay, we know that NO ONE wants to wait on anything, even we don't. When you order something off of a website, you expect it to be shipped within minutes. Well, at Design Skinz, we strive to offer a fast turn-a-round on shipping, but did you know that each skin is produced per sale? Instead of stocking tens-of-thousands of skins at our facility, we start the production process after your order has been placed. So when you place your order, that skin is being custom made just for you. Pretty cool, right?
After your order has entered our system, we then have to set up your Design Skin for production. This is why we have a 1-3 day shipping window. Please bare with us, I promise you we are shipping these as fast as we can.
Once your order has been shipped, you will get a confirmation email and tracking (if applied) will be entered into your account. From this point, you can simply log into your account and track your sweet skin.

I placed my order 15026 it was told to be shipped out 9/2/2014. The tracking number is still not tracking… I feel this is a scam, I have sent countless emails and text your “text support” and still no answer.

This is ridiculous! You say that you have a 1-3 day ship window, well I ordered my skin and case on May 22, 2014 and it has been 21 days (3 weeks) since then! Please Contact because i have payed a lot of money I am pissed to be waiting so long!

I placed an order (#7489) on 12/30/13 & the payment was processed on 12/31/13. As of 1/9/14 I have not received the order nor any information about the order. I contacted you through email but only received an auto-generated response email stating you would be in contact but that was days ago & I still haven’t heard anything.
