The Smooth Gray Wood skin is just 0.06 mm thick — well within MagSafe's magnetic alignment range. MagSafe chargers, wallets, and car mounts all work normally over the skin. Qi wireless charging works at full speed. Standard MagSafe cases and third-party shells (OtterBox, Spigen, etc.) slip over the skin without any modification — most customers use a skin under a case for layered scratch protection. The skin does not affect signal strength, antenna performance, or the iPhone's water resistance rating.
The new Camera Control button on iPhone 16, 16 Pro, 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max requires haptic and capacitive sensing to function. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your item was shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom items made specifically for you cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
