We're Back.
We just wanted to do a quick post to let you know that we are back shipping again and pushing to get caught up this weekend. If you are wondering why your order hasn't shipped, It's because:
- We've been in a relocation to a new city. Since this, our previous team could not make the commute, which all the hats fell on just one guy's head. Yep, just one. (Shipping, Emails, returns, production... man, thats a lot of hats. It sounds like you don't need to be doing all the worrying, he does!)
- We make your skin as ordered. Each and every skin goes through a 2-hour production process. From the artwork creation, printing, lamination, cutting, packaging and shipping, it takes quite some time getting them out the door.
If you're waiting, I'm terribly sorry you've had to experience us this way. Our skinz' popularity rises every day and the demand for our products just keep getting better. We appreciate your order very much! If you're waiting on an email response, you will be responded to. I'm sorry it hasn't been as fast as you want it to be, but if we stop production to answer emails, your order won't be getting made - Which is mainly the reason for our emails :)

Took almost 3 weeks but Worth the Wait… I wanted to post another comment about my skin I ordered. I received it 3 days after I originally posted on this blog.
I really like the design I picked. It was subtle blue lace for a macbook pro 13 with retina. The vinyl is very thick and is easily removed if you mess up. The bottom was the easiest to apply and fits very well with foot pads and screw cut outs. The top was more difficult. I did cut the 3m paper in half and apply on each side of the apple logo. If I lined the apple up perfect it wasn’t straight across the top and bottom. So I did miss align on purpose to try to straighten out the line going across the top. I also applied the inside piece with the keyboard and track pad. The key stickers do not interfere with typing at all but the track pad isn’t slippery so it makes moving around a little sticky. The trackpad still works well it is just something I will need to get used to. Over All I think the quality of this product is very good compared to others I have tried. I will order from them again. If your willing to wait, It is worth it!! Now I don’t have the same mac as everyone else..

I am having a very hard time giving this company the benefit of a doubt. I ordered and was charged on July 28th 2015. I was excited to see my shipping number the next day. However, as of today there have been no updates and my item has not shipped. I have emailed multiple times with one apology email and one email that looked like generic response. Since then I have sent multiple emails with no response. The service is terrible….
