We placed a $250 order in mid-February and haven’t received anything! I have emailed twice with no response. I too am frustrated that there is no contact number. The relocation and delays should have been communicated when we placed the order. I’m beginning to feel like this is a scam!

It’s now March 2nd & I havent got my order from February. Is there anyway to take action on this? I’m quite frustrated about this. I hope to see the skin I purchased SOON.

I too ordered something a while ago, it was the Tuesday before Valentine’s Day and ordered the “Fast Shipping”, so I paid double my order because I wanted it here by Valentine’s Day and I have yet to receive it. DesignSkinz, you obviously need to get your stuff together.

This is very disappointing I was so excited to find a skin for my otter box. I just hope it eventually arrives. I noticed that there is now a “relocating” link on the home page that is never updated? It would be nice to get a status update either by email or the homepage.

I’ve been waiting since Feb 7th to hear anything about my order :/( not impressed, hope I don’t drop my iPhone 6 and smash it before my case comes. This is a bit ridiculous, will not be ordering anything from this site again nor recommending it to friends. Poor customer service.

I have also experienced the same problem! Ordered mine two weeks ago and the money was taken out of my account two days after my order was put in. Very unprofessional to not send out emails or anything to customers!! Something will be done if I do not have my product in the next week!!

Agree with everything you say above Jill. No news of a warehouse closure when I bought my daughter’s birthday gift 2 weeks ago which has since passed without opening a gift from her parents! Funny how the charge had no problem going through. Warehouse opens tomorrow I expect the delivery to be Saturday to my home. I wonder why a company won’t post a contact phone number on their site if their email system is down? Is this good customer service? I hope they give you and I a credit on our purchase!
