iPhone Air colors and the skin to match each one
Apple's thinnest iPhone came out in four colors and under a name people are still getting used to: it is the iPhone Air, not the iPhone 17 Air. Here is the full color list for the Air, the iPhone 17 and the 17 Pro, and the honest answer to what a skin does on a phone this thin.

The name first
Apple announced the iPhone 17 lineup on September 9, 2025 with a new fourth model: the iPhone Air. Apple left the number off, the same way it does with the iPad Air, so "iPhone 17 Air" is the search term and "iPhone Air" is the phone. It is 5.6 mm thin with a titanium frame and a single 48 MP camera in a plateau across the top of the back.
Liquid Glass, which gets searched alongside it, is not a phone finish: it is the translucent design language of iOS 26, the software that shipped on every iPhone 17.
Every color in the 2025 lineup
Four phones, three palettes. The Air and the Pro share no colors at all.
- iPhone Air: Space Black, Cloud White, Light Gold, Sky Blue.
- iPhone 17: Black, White, Mist Blue, Sage, Lavender.
- iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max: Silver, Cosmic Orange, Deep Blue.
The skin to match, or to flip
On a phone this thin, a skin is the only cover that doesn't undo the point of the phone: printed vinyl about 0.2 mm thick, cut around the camera plateau and the ports, adding color and scratch protection without a case's bulk. Two ways to pick one:
Match: a Light Gold Air looks finished under a marble skin with gold veining; Sky Blue and Mist Blue take pastel and soft florals; Space Black and the Pro's Deep Blue disappear beautifully into carbon fiber. Flip: Cosmic Orange is the loudest iPhone color Apple has shipped, and a wood grain or camo skin turns it into a different phone. Any color works with any design, because the skin covers the back and the camera plateau and leaves only the frame showing.
