Returning an Item

Not satisfied with your order?  No problem! 


Just keep your skin in good shape, package it back up and send it back. Once we receive your skin, we will refund you the total price of the skin, minus a 10% restocking fee. Also, please note that we do not reimburse shipping costs. Here's what you should do:


1. Keep the item in as best shape as possible. Try to keep in mind that we are hoping (fingers crossed) to use this item again for resale. 


2. Ship the item back to :

3. That's it! Once it arrives at our facility, we will square up with your bank account:)

  Please note that any custom items made specifically for you, such as but not limited to - custom monogram or add your own photos, etc., will not be refunded. We have no use for these and cannot resell them, sorry! 

Orders cannot be refunded if they are returned after 15 days of the product showing delivery.

If you are returning a LifeProof Case, please make sure you return back in it's original packaging. If you are returning a LifeProof case for a defect in the case itself, you will need to contact LifeProof as they will handle sending you a replacement.  (Instructions are included inside each LifeProof package)
