Before you ask
What's the minimum?
10 units for anything with a logo or custom art. Packs of our own designs can be smaller; ask. Right now we cap each order at 100 units so every date holds; a bigger run is split into dated batches.
Can everyone pick a different device?
Yes. For logo work, send the list of models (or let each person reply to a form you forward) and we cut each skin to its exact model. If you'd rather not collect a list at all, the Team Pack gift cards do that part for you.
Which logos can you print?
I own this logo or artwork, or I have written permission to print it. No celebrity, character, team or brand art we don't have rights to. That rule is the same one our Studio uses.
How do I pay? Do you take purchase orders?
A Shopify invoice by email, paid by card, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, before the run is cut. Schools and public bodies that need a PO on file: send it with the quote and we'll match the invoice to it.
What about turnaround?
Made to order in Danville, VA. We quote the ship date with the proof, based on the count and what's already in the queue, and we don't promise a date we can't keep.
